奈良市の閑静な住宅街での『注文住宅』の計画です。

比較的ゆったりした敷地条件のなか、『前面道路との高低差を利用した』間取りの提案を行なっています。
地下付き２階建ての空間は、スキップフロアで構成されています。

ほぼ正方形の間取りを田の字に配列し、それらをスキップフロアで立体的に組み立てることで、
シンプルな平面計画でありながら、複雑で魅力的な空間をつくりだしています。

'Comment of designer'
It is a plan of 'Custom-built house' in a still residential area in Nara City.
It proposes in a comparatively voluminous site conditions and 'Using vertical interval with the frontal road' room arrangement.
The space of two stories with underground is composed of the skip floor.

A complex, attractive though it is a simple planometer almost picture a square room arrangement is arranged to the character of the rice field, and they are assembled three-dimensionally on the skip floor space is produced.
