『設計者からのコメント』
神戸・須磨の古くからある住宅街に建つ、ちいさな集合住宅です。
狭く、入り組んだ住宅街にあることもあり、
木造2階建て・壁式構造を採用しています。
当初より敷地に植えられていた、大きな樹木をそのまま残し、
何より、周辺の街の記憶を、引き継いでいけるよう配慮しています。
外観は、ガルバリウム鋼板に覆われた、2つのキューブが、印象的なファサードです。

'Comment of designer'
It is a small housing complex that builts in the residential area in Kobe and Suma that is from of old.
It might be in a narrowly complicated residential area, and adopts two wooden stories and the wall construction.
It was planted at first on the site, and to leave a big tree as it is, and to succeed the memory of a peripheral town in above all, it considers it.
In externals, two cubes covered with the Galvalume are impressive facades.



2階建ての住宅が建ち並ぶ周辺環境を考慮し、
建物を2つにわけることにより、全体の建物のボリュームを抑え、
周辺に違和感なく、建つ姿を描いています。
中央からのエントランスより、各住戸へとアプローチします。
大きなガラスと、白く塗装された壁のエントランスは、
暗くなりがちなエントランスを、自然光による、
明るく、快適なスペース、そして安全であることを心掛けています。
竣工後、入居希望者が後を絶つことが無いことへの、安堵の気持ちと、
そして、この建物がこの街の一部になっていくことを願っています。
