『設計者からのコメント』
北側道路の３方向を住宅に囲まれた『建築条件付き分譲敷地』での計画です。
外観は、ガルバリウム鋼板で包み込み、現代的な箱を表現します。
２階にリビングスペースを設けてトップライトからの採光も確保し、
現代的な外観とは対照的な、片流れ屋根のダイナミックな屋根構造に包まれた、
木造空間がひろがります。
ダイニングスペース、キッチンをゆるやかにつなぐことによって、
リビングスペースがより、居心地のよい場所となっています。
依頼者の希望予算内での計画、ご要望及び、ご希望が満たされた平面計画であり、
満足いただいていましたが、『建築条件付き』土地物件にありがちな、不自由さにより、
この土地での計画を、断念される結果となりました。

'Comment of designer'
It is a plan by 'Site of an architectural, conditional selling in lots' to which three directions of the north side road are enclosed by the house.
Externals wrap with the Galvalume, and express a modern box.
The living space is installed on the second floor, the lighting from a top light is secured, and the wooden space wrapped in a dynamic roof structure of contrasted a sloping one way only roof extends with modern externals.
The living space depends by gradually connecting the dining alcove and kitchen, and a comfortable place.
It was a floor planning with which the plan in client's hope budget, the demand, and hope were met, and it became a result that the plan in this land is abandoned due to the inconvenience that tended to exist in 'Construction and conditional' land article though it satisfied.
